Improving Logistics Synergy and Industrial Estates, SPSL Signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Indonesian Industrial Estates Association

Jakarta, 13 May 2022 - PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik or SPSL cooperates with the Association of Indonesian Industrial Estates or HKI which is marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on a plan to synergize cooperation in logistics services and industrial estates. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was carried out by the President Director of SPSL Joko Noerhudha and the General Chair of HKI Sanny Iskandar, in Jakarta, Thursday (12/5).

"The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding is the first step between SPSL and HKI in order to increase the potential synergy of cooperation in logistics services and industrial estates," said Joko.

Through this Memorandum of Understanding, SPSL and HKI will collaborate in collecting and exchanging data or information, including related to logistics needs for industrial estate companies, mapping potential synergies in logistics service cooperation and industrial estate development as well as business synergies in an effort to foster cooperation in developing activities. each business with the principle of mutual benefit while adhering to the principles of good corporate governance and good business ethics.

SPSL President Director Joko Noerhudha said that SPSL will continue to make efforts to improve the company's business services in logistics and hinterland development so that it can contribute to encouraging ecosystem integration and logistics chain efficiency to support trade and economic growth.

The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding was also attended by SPSL's Director of Strategy & Business Development Retno Soelistianti, and SPSL's Commercial & Technical Director Kokok Susanto, as well as management from SPSL and HKI management.
