Expand Market, SPSL and BDL Sign MoU Joint Marketing
Jakarta, March 23, 2022 _ PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik/SPSL and PT Berlian Dumai Logistics/BDL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the joint marketing cooperation plan. The MoU was signed by SPSL President Director Joko Noerhudha, BDL President Director Michael Murni Gunawan and BDL Commercial Director Henrianto Kuswendi, in Jakarta, Tuesday (22/3).
SPSL and BDL will collaborate in increasing the market share of each company with the principle of mutual benefit through the signing of this MOU, of course, by adhering to the principles of good corporate governance and good business ethics.
SPSL President Director Joko Noerhudha said that this collaboration is a manifestation of the company's commitment to providing the best business services to encourage ecosystem integration and logistics chain efficiency to support trade and economic growth.
"The signing of this MoU is the first step between SPSL and BDL in creating cooperation in the commercial sector of logistics services, which aims to take a role in supporting the National Economic Recovery policy in the economic field, especially in the field of logistics services," said Joko.
Along with the many Government plans through the National Strategic Project (PSN), Private Investment and Foreign Investment (PMA) in various industrial fields in the Indonesian region, from Sabang to Merauke. BDL President Director Michael Murni Gunawan underlined the importance of integrated logistics services in order to create efficient logistics distribution both nationally and internationally.
"Hopefully, through this collaboration, we can become a professional team in logistics that focuses on business solutions and also has the flexibility to meet customer needs, synergize with stakeholders and can be a contributor in building the company's and national economic growth," said Michael.
The signing of the MoU was also attended by SPSL's Director of Strategy & Business Development Retno Soelistianti, SPSL's Commercial & Technical Director Kokok Susanto, and SPSL's Director of Finance & HR Roy Leonard, as well as management from SPSL and BDL.
