Jakarta, 16 February 2023 _ Amid the threat of global recession, PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik or SPSL continues to strive to maintain economic resilience in 2023. One of them is through business expansion and development in logistics and inland development.
This business expansion is carried out by SPSL by cooperating with PT Pacific Bio Industry or PT PBI in utilizing the land area of the Kijing Terminal supporting area. This is also in line with the staging in the SPSL roadmap where 2023-2024 is a business expansion phase.
“2023 is a year full of challenges, so various parties need to strengthen it. So that collaboration and synergy is one of the keys in facing these challenges. Currently, SPSL has made efforts to arrange a collaboration with PT PBI. This collaboration will certainly have a positive impact that is mutually beneficial for both parties and will be a stepping stone to spur business transformation towards greater progress and remain competitive," said SPSL Main Director Joko Noerhudha.
SPSL and PT PBI synergize in optimizing the supporting areas of the Kijing Terminal Area, building partnerships and preparing everything related to port activities and PT PBI's logistics cargo management and other business potential with the principles of good corporate governance.
Kijing Terminal is an integrated logistics area and a complete solution to increase supply chain efficiency for West Kalimantan products. With supporting areas that are equipped with facilities and utilities to support industrial and logistical activities, it is expected to increase the production of West Kalimantan products so that in the future it can increase trade and economic growth.
Joko Noerhudha also added that SPSL will continue to make efforts to improve the company's business services in the field of logistics and inland development so that it can contribute to encouraging ecosystem integration and logistics chain efficiency to support trade and economic growth. One of them is through a strategy of building partnerships with various actors along the logistics and inland value chains to create an integrated E2E (End to End) service ecosystem for customers and various strategic partners.
