Working Visit to Banjarmasin, Pelindo President Director Ensures that the Bandar Passenger Terminal is Still Ready to Serve the 2023 Eid Al Fitr

Banjarmasin, 15 April 2023 - President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) / Pelindo, Arif Suhartono, paid a working visit to the Bandarmasih Passenger Terminal to ensure the readiness of the terminal in facing the 2023 Lebaran homecoming. During his visit, Arif Suhartono had the opportunity to directly observe the preparation and security of the terminal to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers who will travel back and forth. Accompanying the visit was the CEO of Pelindo Sub Regional Kalimantan, Fariz Hariyoso.

Arif said that the preparations for the Bandarmasi passenger terminal to face this year's Lebaran homecoming flow had been quite mature. The security system and readiness of terminal facilities have been improved to provide the best service for passengers. Coordination with various stakeholders is also carried out, especially KSOP and shipping parties to ensure smooth service to passengers. His party ensures that the health protocol implemented is in accordance with the standards set by the government, such as checking body temperature, providing hand washing facilities and the obligation to wear masks for all passengers and terminal staff.
