COLLABORATED WITH JOHOR PORT, SPJM COLLABORATES TO STRENGTHEN MARINE SERVICES

MAKASSAR, August 4, 2023 - PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM), part of the Pelindo Subholding, is working with Johor Port Berhad to improve the maritime sector and strengthen good relations between the two parties in the Head of Agreement (HoA). The agreement was signed by both parties, namely PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim represented by the HR Director, Rachmat Prayogi, and Johor Port Berhad represented by Md. Derrick Bashir.

In the agreement, both parties agreed to sign and implement the Master Agreement within the scope of which includes HR development services to increase existing potential, especially in the maritime sector, Implementation of service cooperation in the field of Marine, Equipment and Port Services (MEPS) and Implementation of joint development marketing in the field of Marine, Equipment, Port Services (MEPS).

Johor Port through the Johor Port Skill Center (JPSC) will provide services to marine sector training ports to increase the potential and capacity of SPJM's pilot resources. The Johor Port Berhad party to PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim includes the provision of training venues, practical training and other competencies.
