Makassar, October 18, 2023 - PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, has made various business leaps in the fields of marine, equipment, and other port support services. In early October, Subholding Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM) has officially had an additional subsidiary, PT Berkah Mesin Industri Angkat (BIMA) after being marked by the signing of a share purchase agreement. BIMA was established in 2015, engaged in port maintenance and equipment, mechanical, electrical and civil works projects.
In accordance with Pelindo Holding's subsidiary business refinement plan for all its entities, there will be a subsidiary that will be merged into SPJM in 2023.
Post-merger, SPJM has received the handover of 6 subsidiaries namely JAI, PMS, EPI, RUKINDO, EII, JPPI. The cluster is divided into 3, namely marine services with 2 subsidiaries, namely JAI and PMS, the equipment cluster where EII and JPPI are located, and the port utility cluster which also consists of 2 subsidiaries, namely EPI and Rukindo.
President Director of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, Prasetyadi said, "In 2023, the cluster is developed with the division of 5 clusters, namely the ship service cluster, equipment cluster, shipyard cluster, dredging solution cluster, and utility service provider cluster".
