LEGI Officially Becomes a Subsidiary of Pelindo Subholding Maritime Services

Jakarta, November 2, 2023 - PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, Subholding of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) signed a share purchase agreement for PT Lamong Energi Indonesia (LEGI) where it officially became the parent or parent company.

This was done by Subholding Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM) with PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) today, Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Pelindo Tower, Jakarta. This corporate action is the implementation of business purification carried out within the Pelindo Group towards subsidiaries and affiliated companies (grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Pelindo Group Companies).

This business purification itself aims to structure the scope of Pelindo through Pelindo Group Business Purification as part of a strategic initiative so that the corporate structure becomes more efficient (streamlined) and most optimal.

Thus, currently Pelindo Maritime Services Subholding has 8 subsidiaries, namely PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk. JAI), PT Pelindo Marine Services, PT Jasa Peralatan Pelabuhan Indonesia (JPPI), PT Equiport Inti Indonesia (EII), PT Energi Pelabuhan Indonesia (EPI), PT Pengerukan Indonesia (Rukindo), PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA), and PT Lamong Energi Indonesia (LEGI) which has just joined.
