Welcoming Nataru Season, Pelindo Regional 4 Ready to Provide Optimal Services

MAKASSAR, December 9, 2023 - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 is ready to face the Christmas season 2023 and New Year 2024 by providing maximum and optimal service through the facilities and infrastructure available at all managed ports.

This was revealed by Pelindo Regional Head 4, Enriany Muis, when receiving a Working Visit (Kunker) Recess of Commission V of the House of Representatives in charge of Infrastructure and Transportation at the 7th Floor Multipurpose Room of Pelindo Office in Makassar, some time ago.

Regional Head 4 Pelindo, Enriany Muis said, so far it has taken proactive steps to ensure optimal operational readiness ahead of the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) season. 

"Existing facilities at the port are optimized, human resources are improved, and the latest logistics solutions are implemented to ensure cargo and ship handling runs smoothly," Enriany said.

She added, Pelindo Regional 4 has also coordinated to establish cooperation with various stakeholders, including shipping companies, Port Authority Offices, Customs, other related agencies, and local governments. 

"This collaboration aims to simplify the process and ensure the smooth flow of goods and passengers," he added.
