In an effort to develop tourism potential and energy security in the Bali region, BMTH Pelindo began exploring strategic cooperation with a number of its leading business partners from the commercial side.

The commitment to explore the business potential and development of Pelindo's commercial field with its business partners was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Pelindo and Pertamina Patra Niaga, PT Kharisma Anugrah Jawara Abadi (PT KAJA), and PT Cipta Prakasita (Bina Nusantara University) at BMTH, Friday morning, December 15, 2023.

This cooperation aims to improve commercial facilities and attract sustainable investment in BMTH. By utilizing its maritime tourism and port potential, BMTH Pelindo seeks to create a profitable business ecosystem for all parties involved.

Deputy Minister of SOEs Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, who was directly present at this activity in his remarks, said that the BMTH area will have a special tourist segmentation in the Bali area, if tourist support facilities are well built it is not impossible that the tourist density in Bali can be broken down. Therefore, Kartika appreciates all parties who support the development of BMTH through exploring various existing business potentials.
