IPC TPK STRATEGIZES TO ACHIEVE 2025 TARGET

Jakarta, 7 March 2025 - IPC Terminal Petikemas/IPC TPK held a Working Meeting to develop strategies to achieve the targets set by shareholders Pelindo Terminal Petikemas in 2025. The total container flow handled by IPC TPK in 2024 grew 9.4% compared to the previous year. IPC TPK managed to record a container flow achievement of 3,177,939 TEUs compared to 2023 of 2,904,043 TEUs. With this record, IPC TPK contributed more than 16% of the container flow handled by Pelindo Group.

“This year the shareholders set a target for IPC TPK with a total troughput of 3,504,423 TEUs with a revenue of 2.9 trillion rupiah and EBITDA of 472.5 billion rupiah.” Said Pramestie Wulandary Corporate Secretary & External Relations of IPC TPK.

The Work Meeting is a routine agenda held annually involving the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and management of IPC TPK in order to evaluate and become a communication forum for all company devices. With the theme (ESG) The Future of Sustainability: Conducting Collaboration, IPC TPK in the future will focus on the company's performance based on Economic, Social and Good Corporate Governance.

Referring to the company's roadmap, in 2025 IPC TPK entered the theme of New Footprint & Operational Excellence with strategic programs including Transformation of operating patterns and corporations, Preparation for the operation of new footprint TPK as well as digitalization and implementation of green ports. Transformation and digitalization are still the main focus in 2025 in driving operating cost efficiency and port stay as well as convenience and transparency of services to service users.

The President Director of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas had the opportunity to attend the IPC TPK Work Meeting and provide direction as a shareholder. “I would like to thank the IPC TPK team for achieving a supportive performance towards SPTP Group's performance in 2024. As a series of Work Meeting activities, the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and management of IPC TPK conducted a comparative study to Terminal Petikemas Semarang. This visit aims to share experiences, understand and see firsthand the management of container terminals that have an important role in supporting the economy and development of Central Java.
